Dominos is getting worst than ever. The last 3 time I ordered a pizza, my order took more than 2 hours to arrived. Today, I had... the bad decision to order a Dominos pizza again and after 2 hours I call to the Weston rd store and the staff was so rude.Specifically a lady named Araceli who told me that my pizza (after 2 hours) it was not going to be ready and it would takeanother hour more, because ?she just has 2 hands?. I can?t believe that she answered like that and the lack of customer service.Where was the slogan of Domino?s? That was famous for their fast service. Never again!! Read more
We ordered pizza and driver got confused at the gate went back to store never delivered the pizza and never had the courtesy to... call us, very shocking we waited for one hour and when I called they said too bad you can cancel your order and my 10 kids thathad been working all day on Haunted house we?re all hungry it ruined the night and the store manager and staff refused to redelivery and or make fresh pizza for us. Majority of times the service is poor. Delivery takes more than an hour and half and pizza comes very cold. When you call the... store, they actually hang up on you or pretend that the phone is not working. we tried calling for three different phones andthey just kept hanging up. There is no one to reach out. We were given status of someone on delivery 50 minutes ago and we are5 to 7 minutes from the location. This location has not improved at all even past Covid... Do not order form here. They have terrible customer service, and treat their patrons like trash. Their hours state their open... until midnight, we placed an order at 9pm, showed up to find out our order was cancelled. They simply stated that the store wasclosed? No apology or empathy. Extremely unprofessional. Placed and order online received an email that it would be done in 15min. I drove 15 min to pick it... up and when I get there the store was closed and 3 or 4 guys were in the of the dark store back looking suspicious. Finally atall Indian looking guy wearing a shirt 3 sizes too small for himself comes to the door and starts off with profanity, lyingabout them being closed and blaming corporate for my order being placed and them closing, telling me to go somewhere else. I'll never understand what's difficult about ordering pizza but this location is terrible. My order got canceled with no... explanation and to "find out more" I was told to call the store. Which I did. 3 times. I've been on hold for 17 minutes and noone has answered. I used to swear by dominos after another famous chain pulled stuff like this. Guess I'll be making my ownpizza from now on but it doesn't help dinner tonight. Thanks for nothing dominos. Read more
Do not buy pizza from here late in the evening. They will cancel your order, even though they are technically open. There are a... number of higher quality, more expedient and more reliable options within a short distance. Save your time, money, and effort. Read more
BAD SERVICE. DELAYED DELIVERY. COLD PIZZA. INCOMPETENT. I live 2 blocks from the store. I stupidly asked to deliver. Following... through the system, I saw that the pizza was already ready, an hour after ordering. I called because I was worried and after 10minutes of waiting on the phone the attendant informed that he had already left for delivery (lie). 25 minutes later I receivedan SMS stating the name of the delivery person. In short, 2 hours I received the pizza, cold and rubbery. A SHAME. It was mylast time. I will never use this store again and I will work so everyone knows they are incompetent. Read more
