I like the fact that I can eat outside, I went with a friend and we both ordered the same Fuji apple salad, very disappointed,... mine was nothing like Fuji apple salad, Hera had everything on it. Just check your food before you start eating. Read more
The ONLY reason why I'm giving four stars instead of five is because of the recent experiences of me and my family getting wrong... items as well as cold food. I used to work here for three months back in 2021, and there were more staff there that were morehands on as well as very helpful; fast-forward to 2022, NOBODY back then ever gave me the option to work register and get tips,yet everytime I'm at the register, it asks to tip. I don't mind tipping, but you have other hard-workers that should get tips aswell!! The person on the register is just the messenger. I loved coming here once in a blue moon for some peaceful solitude, buta little disappointed with how staff has been. Hope things get better for y'all in the future. Panera use to be much better. I'm disappointed in the kiosk menu system. It took to long to find a simple egg sandwich on a... bagel. The staff was slow and the line backed up. Then our automated order took 30 minutes where we had to ask for it and itlooked as if it was missed on their order screen. I got my egg sandwich on a roll which was basically roll, egg, and a pieceof cheese on a plate with a tossed on napkin. Shabby. A McDonalds egg sandwich looked better. Read more
