The ONLY reason why I'm giving four stars instead of five is because of the recent experiences of me and my family getting wrong... items as well as cold food. I used to work here for three months back in 2021, and there were more staff there that were morehands on as well as very helpful; fast-forward to 2022, NOBODY back then ever gave me the option to work register and get tips,yet everytime I'm at the register, it asks to tip. I don't mind tipping, but you have other hard-workers that should get tips aswell!! The person on the register is just the messenger. I loved coming here once in a blue moon for some peaceful solitude, buta little disappointed with how staff has been. Hope things get better for y'all in the future. Poor service, extremely understaff. After we ordered, we were told to get back in line to pick up the croissant we ordered.... ????. It was a really long line. What the heck happened??? Did Covid make y'all forget what good service does for you? no one at the register....your kiosk... machines swipe only instead of using the chip???? why? have you not heard of identity theft? hackers? I would have used cashbut no cashier...now getting to the food...no real spoons (plastic)...no trays...I had to make two trips to bring the food tothe table... over half of the tables where dirty....like sticky dirty...my guess is no trays and no employees equals nastycafeteria.....the soup!!!!!! my favorite part of your existence, you guys put water in the bowl and then you put the actualthick soup on top.....the first two spoon fulls where delicious spoonfuls of soup....yum!! but I didn't see chicken so then Istirred the soup and the water that was at the bottom made the soup extremely watery......shame on you....charge me $8 and thengive me a bowl of F'ing watery soup...the Chicken avocado sandwich had a small piece of avocado and very little chicken....mywife's steak sandwich was almost without steak.....your price for this meal before Covid was about $24 today $31....thedifference was that at least before the food was worth it. I know times are tough, but I don't see Chipotle skimping oneverything...that's why they will survive Covid and you will go with Atlanta bread company....sorry to have to review you soharshly but it's two hours later and I'm already hungry again.....I shouldn't be, but your pathetic meal sucked. Panera use to be much better. I'm disappointed in the kiosk menu system. It took to long to find a simple egg sandwich on a... bagel. The staff was slow and the line backed up. Then our automated order took 30 minutes where we had to ask for it and itlooked as if it was missed on their order screen. I got my egg sandwich on a roll which was basically roll, egg, and a pieceof cheese on a plate with a tossed on napkin. Shabby. A McDonalds egg sandwich looked better. Read more
