It had been roughly 5 years since I last ate at Pei Wei, and finally got around to try it again. This was one the worst culinary... experiences I?ve ever had. The ambience alone at this place is enough to dissuade any potential patrons, and you should heedyour intuition once you walk in. Grossly overpriced and subpar quality are not sufficiently effective to describe thisplace. What a far cry from the good old Pei Wei. Safe to say I will never eat at Pei Wei again. The staff was ok. Called them once, was put on hold for an entire half hour before an automated message told me that nobody was picking up. We had... to order elsewhere, and the other restaurant picked up instantly. This isn't the first time I've gone to pick up an order placed online and something is missing from the order. I am so fed up I... am going to call corporate and complain. When I call the manager he says come and pick it up. Well, I already drove 15 milesround trip and now I have to drive again? And this evening they are now closed! If you looking for a quick Korean food this place is a go too. They have a big space and lots of available tables when we enter.... They have a menu posted when you lined up to order. So when it is your chance to order you already know what you like. Waitingtime to have your food is within 5 minutes. Their food taste good and they have variety to choose from. The place is in the hands of 3 very rude teenagers, focused on taking online orders, loud hip hop music, we felt like an... imposition, tried to tell me I couldn't order the lettuce wraps, they had to come with another dish. Argued with us. That is notwhat it says on the menu. Food was just thrown messily on the plastic trays, like dogfood. But I guess we did not get the memothis place has gone down hill for dine- in at least. It was 7:30 Wednesday night and we were the only ones there.
