I spent about 20 minutes waiting for my drink. While I was waiting I saw them remake about 3 drinks. When I started to see... people who were in line after me get their drinks I asked about mine and she asked if I had gotten my food and I said yes andhanded me my drink. My food was handed to me about 5 minutes earlier so my drink was just sitting there. If I wouldn?t have saidanything I would been standing there another 20 minutes for no reason. They are very disorganized and it?s causing horriblecustomer service. Read more
Im a Starbucks partner from Missouri and I came down here too vist family. Ordered 3 drinks and then come in too pick them... up..my iced Carmel Macchiato had ice in it. I ordered online no ice. I asked them too remake it and the guys just decided tootake the ice out. I asked if the least he could do was fill the cup up with sweet cream and he proceeded too tell me no and thatit was a extra charge. Would not recommend! Had to go down the street and get it remade. This morning, I went to buy a coffee and something for breakfast, surprise!! flies inside the front cabinets around the food,... very bad experience, employees with little desire to serve customers and completely lost between orders, and that with only 4customers present! I work very close and I usually buy my breakfast there?. Not any more!!!!! Read more

I?ve been a loyal and constant customer since they upended. Awesome staff, beautiful friendly people that offer great service.... Piercings and tattoos are beautiful, just as the people who wear them. If you?re as narrow minded and critical as that fool whocalls ?itself? GQ traveller and have a problem with people expressing themselves, then it?s best to stay home in your littlenarrow minded world and never go out. Pretty fast! service was ok not spectacular, but my iced carmel macciato was lacking caramel! you only taste it on your first... couple sips and you can't even see it in the cup like it used to be long ago! Seems to be a new thing at all locations I've beento this year! You pay more for less! Read more
This is my favorite Starbucks. The store is big bright and a lot of outdoor seating. The shelves are filled with merchandise and... the staff is extremely nice. It is conveniently located in a huge Shopping center. They always have a nice selection and seem tokeep all their sandwiches and desserts fresh and in stock. Read more
While at a favorable location, the customer service experience is often mixed. The cashier was super friendly and polite but... the food expediter was unqualified for her job. She would heat up to eight orders at a time before moving them all to thecounter. Then after moving them, she would get lost as to who?s name was called skipping some customers completely. I observedseveral people leaving in frustration with the poorly run process. I would say this is a #StarbucksSkip. Read more
