When I make my order, I ordered a caramel cappuccino hot and they gave me a Frappuccino cold, I said again gave me a hot... caramel cappuccino and they gave me a cappuccino without the caramel. They don't hear your order. I leave uncomfortable. Read more
These guys have been consistent throughout quarantine. Always prompt, always correct, always made well. I really appreciate this... location. I've never bought from here before quarantine and now it's my go-to with 10+ options. They're also conveniently by Rt95 so they can get to different places quickly. Read more
PSA: Avoid at all costs!! The guy behind the counter, Bipin, not only had no concept of a breve latte; but when I described it... as a late with light cream instead of milk, he belligerently informed me that it was impossible for such a thing to exist. WhenI changed my order to coffee with 5 creams, he snickered at the amount of cream requested. I would suggest the Dunkin' a littledown the street on Rt. 20 in Waltham. Much better customer service! Weak coffee that tasted like dishwater, no one's iced coffee was filled to the top. Took them 5 minutes to take my order and a... line was building up with 3-4 people working there. I came here at 945 on a saturday night and the guy was HIGHLY abrasive when I very politely and I stress very politely asked if... I could get a latte. He slammed things on the counter and banged on the screen typing my order. I literally told him I didn'twant it and had to leave. It was such a strange occurence. I ordered two different breakfast sandwiches and two different coffees. They made them perfect to my specifications in an... orderly and timely manner.
