There prices have become insane. I ordered for me and my daughter I got just a sandwich she got a meal and it was 25.82 since we... don't get to eat out often I felt like it was a treat until I received my good. On a road trip and stopped in for a quick bite to eat.....not crowded, friendly people and clean place.
Happy hour is awesome!. Great food at a great price at this time. The food is always good.
They were out of all the sauces out front. Employees were sitting around in the lobby when we came in and the tables were dirty.
While sharing it's space, this Arby's still has a stand-alone feel. I was taken care of very quickly and my order was accurate.... The cashier made sure I had a complete order once I was done. I think if your gonna charge people 20 dollars for 2 meals we should get fresh fries and fresh rolls for our sandwich.
Cashier was rude. We ordered and she didn't ask about drinks for one of the meals. She gave us the total and when my husband... asked about a drink, her comment was, you didn't order a meal, she didn't even give him a chance to order one. She should haveasked if he wanted a drink. She left us in the middle of our order to take care of another customer. When we got our food, Iasked if there was ketchup in the bag. She replied, you didn't ask for ketchup. I asked about my root beer float that I hadordered and she said she would get it when she was finished with the next customer. After sitting down to eat, we realized thatshe did not put in the arby's sauce that my husband had indeed asked for. I went up to get that as well as the ketchup andfloat and also asked to speak with a manager and was ignored. All the food was nasty. Like me and the kids use to like eating there once in awhile. Prices r way expensive. Fries were cold... and nasty their worse then McDonald's food now. Needless to say won't order from there again. Read more
