Sat in the drive-through lane with what appeared to be 4 employees cars in the parking lot. Nobody answered to take my order... pulled up to the window nobody was there but I could see that the smoke was rolling off the grill so they were obviously thereand then when I pulled around and looked inside I could see at least 2 staff. The manager of the store was very unprofessional. My father and I were eating when she came out to the dining room and started... to raise her voice at my father. She called him a liar and demanded we pay for fries due to her own negligence of messing up anorder. There were other customers on the dining room at that time. They had messed up my father's order. He asked for the itemhe paid for. She became irrate because they had given him fries on his plate and he didn't give them back. She used profanityand then tried to play the victim card. She made us pay for the fries even though it was her mistake on the order. We returnedthe fries she wanted and paid for them also. She should not be working in a food service industry as she does not know how totreat customers. On top of that everyone in the dining room could hear her berating her employees the entire time we wereinside. I will never give any of my business to this place. I do NOT recommend if you would like to enjoy your meal. Read more

The store is rather old, the staff were all friendly. The food for the most part was very good. The lobster bites were on the... verge of being burnt., everything else was cooked good. Read more

Fires were cold, the fish was soggy, the lobster bites were burnt, and for some reason they had no lites on in the restaurant... and the girl working the register didn?t know what size drink came with a combo. They don?t accept chips cards up front. All inall horrible experience. Read more

8/6/22. Ordered #8 through drive thru. Fries and hush puppies as sides for my shrimp. The girl working drive through was super... friendly. My food was hot, fresh and delicious. Please give whatever staff that was working around 12:30pm-1:00pm a pat on theback. Good job everyone! Read more

awful, chicken panks 2 inches long , only 4 and mostly breading. also hard on ends ,8 hush puppies, and table spoon of slaw,... no fries with meal . 2nd order almost as bad, 23 dallors plus gas money to trash the stuff. will never go back Read more

Terrible. Had coupons for meals. They wouldn't take them. Asked what regular price was. The meal wasn't listed on their... menu.They didn't know and couldn't ring them up and take them off if we didn't want them because corporate would think they werestealing. Didn't get our whole meal to us. Had to ask where it was. Will not go back. Read more

My family and I had been traveling for 4 hours. We were hungry and found a LJS's which we do not have where we live. We were... excited to get some fish. We all ordered and when our food came out they served me chicken instead of fish. I went to thecashier and told them what had happened and first it was "no you ordered chicken". None of us ordered chicken we came for fish.Then when I tried to give my plate of food back the cashier was friendly but the cook said "I'm not replacing something youalready ate." I had 1 bite of a chicken plank. Everything else was intact and untouched. It was apparent that everyone was happyto help except one person. Who was rude and demanded that the mistake was mine. It wasn't but regardless I work in fast food. Iam a cashier. And when someone's order is wrong for whatever reason I make it right. The price of a piece of chicken shouldnever cost a business the price of a customer, which in this case it has. My sister in law spent $50.00 on a meal that was wrongand ruined our experience. I would commend the other employees as they had good customer service skills but I would definitelylook into whoever this cook/manager is. She certainly doesn't belong in a customer service position as she refused rudely tocorrect the issue. I realize it's fast food but I believe customers should be treated kindly whether you are at a fast foodplace or a 5 star steak house. I commend the other employees but one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch. I've seenit. Regard, Christie Read more
