Ordered 20 pc nugget and basket of fries, asked for plenty of ketchup and buffalo sauce. Drove away, kids powder bags, 2 packs... of buffalo sauce and zero packs of ketchup, how incompetent can you be? And these people demand $15 hr wages. Oh, and not onenapkin! Dont eat here. I have never had good like this from a mcdonalds. If I could give no stars I would. Ordered food, had to pull up... and wait. We was like going to have fresh. Yeah the burger was so fresh it was more than pink, blood inside box. Blood wasdripping from burger, the grease in the box was RED from the blood. Can't get ahold of them by calling. Normally when they mess up an order we can go back and they fix the issue. Today we spent $35 had 90% of it wrong went back... asked them to fix it. And it looks like we were given the exact incorrect order back AGAIN. Unfortunately I could not go back toreplace it AGAIN with appts in place and already wasting half an hour trying to get the order corrected in the first place. Very slow and we didn't get everything that we ordered. Would give zero stars if I could. There's always something wrong with... the order every single time, it's convenient that it's right off 33, but I would rather goto burger King across the road thenhere. Read more
I never leave negative reviews but I would give this McDonald's 0 stars if I could. They messed up our order and we ended up... paying for items we didn't even order and missing items we did order. The "sweet" tea tastes unsweetened and the cheeseburgershad no cheese on them. Very disappointed. Read more
This is the first time I have ever left an online review. After walking into this place it forced me to Google this locations... reviews. They are spot on. This place is utterly disgusting. The floors have not been cleaned in weeks to months. The mess onthe floor did not happen in one days business, nor one weeks business. McDonald?s, you should be ashamed to allow this locationto stay open. It?s a health hazard. A comment posted here about the employees clothing, absolutely correct. Employees shirts andpants look like they haven?t been washed in weeks. Someone needs to flag this location. My photos would not capture thegreasiness of the floors. Again, it?s disgusting! Read more
Staff was not pleasant. Neither women at both windows even spoke to me. The first one took my card while taking someone else's... order, then handed it back to me and closed the window. The woman who handed me my food acted like she hated her job and was notin a good mood and never said a word. Read more
