Ordered 18 mild buffalo wings online for delivery. After driver left I descovered they were not buffalo wings but were honey... bbq. I called the mgr she said the driver was out but when he returned she would see if he would bring out right order. Ididn?t think not bringing it would be an option. I told her that Domino?s says if it?s not right they will make it right. Shewasn?t impressed. I said I wanted a refund so she said I needed to bring the wings back before I could get refund. I ordered pizza 45. Min later it was delivered mind you i was told 25-30 min. My order cost 75$ and one pizza was wrong. So I... called was put on hold twice and I asked my pizza be remade. They then told me I had to give the wrong pizza back which was odd,and I know they can't use it for another customer. One hour later my pizza shows up while I'm waiting on hold to call and say Idon't want the pizza just a refund for it. So I sent the pizza back with the delivery driver and then the gm told me she couldnot in fact give me a refund just an 8$ store credit. I then told her that pizza cost double that and Shirley argued back to mesaying that was for the delivery fee ( and if you looked online a large stuffed crust pizza with 3 toppings is not 8$) so I thentold her I just spent 75$ for cold pizza which is true. Shirley had told me she was down to one driver and was basically toobusy to get my order right or fresh because of foot ball games and it being a weekend and one over her drivers baby died. Noneof these circumstances are the customers problem and should not be made into the customers fault which she did. And then sheargued with me again telling me she could not refund my money. I then asked for her bosses name which she claimed to not know. Ithen asked for the owners name (which should be the same person) and she still would not tell me eventually she said his namewas mike and she didn't know his last name or how to get ahold of him. Then hung up on me! I live down the street so I went intothe Pizza Hut and just asked for the owners contact info again and that she did not know. It was Shirley who greeted me at thecounter and knew who I was as soon as I asked for mikes contact info. She then told me her store supervisor was Jon who was notthere tonight but she could give me his email. I asked for his phone number and she told me she didn't know it. The absolute worst experience we ever had at a pizza hut. Especially the manager was rude and nasty to us. Don't eat there!!... There are far better places around you can get sub-standard pizza! I would have given it negative stsrs, but unfortunately thatoption wasn't available. Read more

Wings were okay...pizza was good... service was okay. Left my sunglasses on the table....went straight to the car and was back... there in 5 minutes...no customer was present when I left and when I when I went back. We arrive here at about 830 pm. When the waitress took our drink order 1unsweet tea 2sweet teas 1 soda 1chocolate milk. Informed... they don't serve unsweetened tea so i ordered a sweet instead. Went to the Weston WV location for a job interview. Met with Shirley who was pleasant to talk to and professional. Been going to... the location since I was a kid and I think it is a great resteraunt that serves great food and caters to family needs.
