Out of so many menu items.4 items say Sold out on board. Wanted to try new fish sticks out of coarse. Tried new Prime Rib cheese... steak. Bun and peppers more like it. Fries were mixed curly and straight to fill the order. Read more
Terrible service. They took our order, messed up on the fries (we requested crinkle, not curly) then they told us to pull ahead... and they would bring out our food and drinks (we were the only ones in the drive thru) no one came for 10 minutes so we backedup to the window and the kid said their head sets weren?t working even though we already ordered and paid. 1/2 lb roast beefwas same size as regular, chicken sandwich was a sloppy mess, no napkins in our bag. What happened to this place. Use to be a great place to stop. Now it's a mess. Travel thru and stopped there once a week. ... Walked in and there were no employees around. Waited at counter and finally one came out from side room. Then they all cameout. Place was dirty. No clean tables. Had to clean one to eat at. Drink station a mess. This is the third time at this property. Multiple issues, never seams to get any better. It?s a shame. First check your order... before you leave. How do you screw up a Beef N Cheddar? Check your fries, most likely are going to be shoe leather. And lastlycustomer service, I know no one wants to work anymore but basic customer service should be easy. Must have bothered them whileon there phones. Then you try to talk to a supervisor and the kids don?t seam to care as much as the employees. Read more
