Terrible service. They took our order, messed up on the fries (we requested crinkle, not curly) then they told us to pull ahead... and they would bring out our food and drinks (we were the only ones in the drive thru) no one came for 10 minutes so we backedup to the window and the kid said their head sets weren?t working even though we already ordered and paid. 1/2 lb roast beefwas same size as regular, chicken sandwich was a sloppy mess, no napkins in our bag. What happened to this place. Use to be a great place to stop. Now it's a mess. Travel thru and stopped there once a week. ... Walked in and there were no employees around. Waited at counter and finally one came out from side room. Then they all cameout. Place was dirty. No clean tables. Had to clean one to eat at. Drink station a mess. While I was eating the employeeswere just horsing around in back. I could here them clearly. They were very loud. Will not stop back here for awhile. Willgo to wittenberg McDonald's. Read more
This is the third time at this property. Multiple issues, never seams to get any better. It?s a shame. First check your order... before you leave. How do you screw up a Beef N Cheddar? Check your fries, most likely are going to be shoe leather. And lastlycustomer service, I know no one wants to work anymore but basic customer service should be easy. Must have bothered them whileon there phones. Then you try to talk to a supervisor and the kids don?t seam to care as much as the employees. Read more
Terrible customer service, stopped here for lunch blonde worker in the back was rude and called another employee stupid because... he was doing his job and taking care of the customers inside. She was mad because she couldn't keep up with orders and decidedto insult another worker for doing a better job than her. She needs to be fired for speaking to another employee like that.Arby's needs to do better. Read more

Stopped here at 625pm on a Friday and they were out of roast beef. They screwed our order up twice. Not hard to make a turkey... sandwich just mayo and lettuce. Can?t understand how they didn?t realize sooner they were running low on roast beef. Read more
Service was excellent. The gym was very friendly and helpful. Good was cold though.
