Food is good but I think this location has the most friendly staff ever at a fast food restaurant

Although the restaurant was running with only 2 staff during the time I visited. They did a wonderful job getting our orders.
Fast & good service as well as very polite. Went there just to try their $1 tacos. Flavor I thought was good however don't think... they're worth the price. Shells were to hard like they were nuked to long, meat only covered half the shell, 1 small piece oflettuce & only there was cheese because I really had to look for it. I ordered thru their app, got three whopper's, all with no pickles, no ketchup. I got a few miles down the road before I stopped... to take a few bites and noticed 5 pickles on my burger. I turned around, receipt and sandwich in hand, returned them all, andthe male manager Adam? Was very apologetic and understanding of the simple mistake, offered a full replacement, and was verycordial. Thank you to him. The female manager, who's name I was not able to catch, claimed that she personally made thesandwiches, and that they were "perfect" the pic proves otherwise. I then heard her chastise the other gentlemen I had spokenwith for giving me a new order. I will say, that they young man who handled the situation did so very well! He even went aboveand beyond by offering a dessert as well, while the female manager scoffed, AND (And this is important) she also "forgot" thelettuce on one of my re-made burgers...thank goodness for the male manager. Not only is everything ,literally everything sticky inside this place . But the food is cold . Fries stale. We tried the new... spicy chicken. They had to remake it. Second time as bad as the first . Burnt , dry and disgusting. Read more
This place has been on a downhill decline for over 5 years. The employees are usually careless. The building looks horribly worn... down and is falling apart inside and out. The wait times have taken over 30 mins before. How is it still open? Read more
