Placed an online order. After picked up and got home, Found out the sandwich had little to no sauce on it, asked and paid for... extra cheese and only had 3 pieces on the sandwich. Missing ingredients and asked for the sandwich to be warmed up and it wascold. And it did not get cold from the ride home considering the cheese wasn't even melted. The worst experience I?ve ever had in the 20 plus years going to subway. Dirty, veggies were half frozen and half wilted, glass... was open when I walked in and no staff to be seen- they had to make my sandwich twice ???????????- ALL of the tables were dirty.The utility closet was wide open showing cleaning buckets. Terrible service. Inefficient, unfriendly on 2/1/20 at about 2:15. Took 30 minutes to get 3 sandwiches and a salad. Slowest... employee ever. Employee in back came out once and went in back again without helping. Hot sandwich was cold by the time orderwas complete. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I love Subway! I love the fresh veggies and the toasted bread and the variety of choices available. The prices are pretty... decent, too. The kids that work there are always friendly and seem to enjoy their job. Subway is my favourite fast food chain. Read more
