Placed an online order. After picked up and got home, Found out the sandwich had little to no sauce on it, asked and paid for... extra cheese and only had 3 pieces on the sandwich. Missing ingredients and asked for the sandwich to be warmed up and it wascold. And it did not get cold from the ride home considering the cheese wasn't even melted. The worst experience I?ve ever had in the 20 plus years going to subway. Dirty, veggies were half frozen and half wilted, glass... was open when I walked in and no staff to be seen- they had to make my sandwich twice ???????????- ALL of the tables were dirty.The utility closet was wide open showing cleaning buckets. None of the tables were wiped down. Just gross. I still paid for myfood- however- the VERY young staff running the place needs a new trainer. Read more
Terrible service. Inefficient, unfriendly on 2/1/20 at about 2:15. Took 30 minutes to get 3 sandwiches and a salad. Slowest... employee ever. Employee in back came out once and went in back again without helping. Hot sandwich was cold by the time orderwas complete. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I love Subway! I love the fresh veggies and the toasted bread and the variety of choices available. The prices are pretty... decent, too. The kids that work there are always friendly and seem to enjoy their job. Subway is my favourite fast food chain. Read more
I just went in there today with my husband to grab something to eat because we didn?t eat yet. So we were in there. A girl with... purple and black hair. She didn?t even greet us.. until my husband says something to her and she didn?t say much back.we orderedour food. She made our sandwiches so sloppy too. My husband even agreed on that and the part that she didn?t even greet us.. asif she hated her job. But sadly... we will never return to this subway. We had bad service. Horrible service we have. Very poor customer service from the girl with the red hair. She seems very unhappy with her job. She was also very rude to her... co-worker when the co-worker had a question about a customers order. I?ve read reviews that date back 9 months ago that havecomplaints about this employee so I?m not sure why her attitude hasn?t changed. Worst customer service I think I've ever experienced. The employee with the bright pink/red hair rolled her eyes at me more than... once. She didn't listen when I told her I wanted a 4 inch sub and when I corrected her, she scoffed, rolled her eyes and threwpart of the sub away. Subs were sloppy Unbelievable . Never returning.
