Hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a Subway. I didn't mind that they were out of ingredients. I didn't mind the... patience it takes to train new employees. I did mind how the trainer was acting. She was very mean to the new hire, andextremely rude to customers. I don't blame the new hire at all for being overwhelmed by her trainer, I was so unnerved by herrudeness that I didn't even order the right sandwich. She made me feel so uncomfortable for coming in that my only goal was toget out. Read more
Most disgusting visit we have had , first off gal was on her phone sitting in back and we had to make noise to get her... attention. She came out like we had interrupted her time never said a word. The counter was filthy and littered with scraps andhalf the containers were empty. Didn?t have but two kinds of bread no lettuce said she was out . Health department will benotified. Lousy attitude filthy and under stocked. May be just this one employee but will call manager Monday. Read more
Deserves zero stars. Ordered on the app for delivery. Driver called after arrival and subway had confirmed the order already to... say that they didn't have what we ordered. Asked to change order and subway had none of the other items we wanted so asked for arefund. Girl behind the counter became argumentative and said she was in high school and didn't have to deal with this. Askedfor manager and she refused to do that as well. About 30 dollars gone with no refund. Between that and self entitled littlegirls behind the counter will never order from subway again. Read more
Waited 10 minutes during lunch hour on a Friday before I saw an employee, and that's only as I was on my way out the door to a... better staffed restaurant. I called loudly to the kitchen to get someone's attention several times, and even resorted to callingthe store while I was waiting in hopes someone might notice. Not the first time I've seen people waiting for service at thislocation either, counter is not staffed continually like it should be, very disappointed. Read more
Out of soap in the bathroom. I let a worker in swim shorts and a cut-off tank top behind the counter know and he was rude about... it saying annoyed ?I?ll get to it when I can? (I was the only customer in there). I ordered a sub sandwich and had to tell himthree times it was turkey. I got four slices of turkey on a footlong for an $8 sandwich. Just awful. The website and Google says this place opens at 8 AM there were people in the store but they did not open the doors till 9 Stop... to your many times and this has been a real current thing where I cannot get breakfast at 8:30 AM Also the cleanliness of thestore has gone down Read more
Gal making my mom?s food was nice and worked quickly, but the cutting boards were filthy, and so were the veggies. There was... mayo on the veggie side cutting board, and onions in the tomatoes, etc. Which isn?t only gross, but also an allergy concern.Considering how slow that location can be, I?m disgusted at how dirty it was while the other employees were just standing in theback doing nothing. I work in food service as well, and while you are slow, you need to be cleaning. No excuses. Read more
Hard to explain how not correct my order was drove back for a new ones then they were correct. Way understaffed. It won't be... long for subway as a whole. And this buy one footlong get one free can't be sustainable for long either. Read more
