This place is disgusting. We walked in & were seated. Our waitress was quite obviously under the influence of some unknown... substance..She took our order & walked away. I went to go to the men's room. My hand stuck to the door. The bathroom smelledlike a Porta potty found on a construction site. They won't let me tell the whole episode... Quick service but was quiet at the time, late lunch. Was prepared as ordered, vegan style ????
This review is strictly for the service. I brought my 6 daughters in for lunch. Yes there were quite a few people in here but it... wasn't overly crowded. We got seated and placed our drink order. We waited for an hour before we approached the counter to saywe were ready to order and still didn't get our drinks. Our server was able to seat and take another groups order and get themtheir food and drinks before even coming back to take our order. I'm ALWAYS a generous tipper.. not today. We ordered a pizza on the app. Before the pizza got delivered we got confirmation our oder was cancled. We did recieve the order... and would like to thank our delivery driver Maggie. However when my husband tried to call the store not knowing if we was gonnarecieve the order. He was HUNG UP ON. This not only happened 1 time but 2. You DO NOT hang up on a customer. Read more
On 7/1/22 We purchased a pizza and bread sticks it was very good. the waitress Was supper good and very nice. We ordered garlic... bread by mistake Told the waitress about it she Changed it for bread sticks and Told us to keep the garlic bread. Westover Pizza Hut is a JOKE! We ordered takeout at 9:00. They do NOT close until 10:00. When my fiancé showed up to pick our... pizza up, he was greeted with a disgruntled employee who rolled her eyes at him when she realized he was standing at thecounter. After getting his pizza, he politely asked if there was ranch for the wings. She grabbed the ranch, slammed it on thebox and it slid off onto the floor of the restaurant and splattered everywhere. This particular Pizza Hut is/was at the time extremely understaffed. This in my opinion is no fault of the employees but of the... organization. As a result, the quality of my order was horrible. My pizza was burnt and did not have the correct toppings onit. The cookie was cold and in my opinion dried out. To make things worse I could not get through on the so called ?customerservice? phone number to alert them of the issues with my order. I had to go out of my way and make a second trip to the storeto remedy the problem. The manager at this location, although highly agitated, remade my pizza and gave me a partial credit touse on my next order. This was a nice gesture on his part. That being said, I had to use up more of my gas driving back to thelocation and spend about another hour of my time and delay my family dinner. Although me and my family for the most part hashad good experiences with Pizza Hut the service of late has been lacking. Might have to start shopping around. Read more
