Ever since Shake Shack opened up I stopped going to FIVE GUYS. Shake Shack has taken a nose dive in cost, size, quality, taste... and preparedness. A visit to Five Guys offers a whole lot more bang for the buck. Even though you cannot get a burger mediumrare or rare at Five Guys, Shake Shack has not been able to be consistent let alone continuing to increase their prices often.Charred burgers, smaller and smaller is the reason I switched and now only spend my money at Five Guys. At Five Guys you neverfeel rushed. The employees here are effecient friendly, knowledgeable and above all display OUTSTANDING customer service. Prices may have gone up a little (it's been a while) nothing else has changed: friendly faces, big portions, peanuts. The place... was clean and the staff helpful and attentive. If you are in a rush then I won't recommend this place. They (5 people) were very slow, and kept messing up the orders for... everyone. I ordered Cajun fry and when I went to pickup my order and was given a regular fry and a cup of Cajun powder. I wastold to make the Cajun fry myself in the bag because the person was too busy to make it himself. Read more
Good fresh burgers with a lot of topping choices. The french fries are amazing. I am not sure how good the meat is though.
