I usually never do this....but I just went in there and I'm in total shock right now....there is a girl working in there with... blue hair who was completely rude to me. I didn't react at all...just stood there in disbelief. And then just realized I'm notthe only person to complain about her...how is she still working there???? I almost walked out honestly... definitely not goingback that's for sure. Read more

This was absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced in all my years. I was scolded how I placed my order, eye... rolls when I added multiple sandwiches. The kid with purple and red hair needs to be fired immediately. Read more

Jersey Mikes is normally good but I guess in different locations, this location is the worse by far. I came to this location a... week ago and it was bad service and customer service and this week I decided to give them another opportunity and was worse.They didn't even asked me if I needed anything on my sandwich so they did it they way they wanted and at the end when I paid Iasked him to get me the small drink and the chips and of course they gave me the big drink and they charged me for the BIGDRINK. I didn't even complain at that point because there were people waiting in line for more than 15 minutes and I felt bad oncomplaining because i would have taken more time for them to order. Terrible experience. I ordered online and waited 20 minutes to head over. When my sandwich was nowhere in sight, the girl told... me that they didn't receive it. I had walked over from a neighboring business so I didn't bring my phone with me. I told herthat I had been charged and received the email stating that my food would be ready at 2:40pm. She told me that she couldn't helpme. I asked how to get my money back and she said to go get my phone and she could help me, but basically called me a liar - nooptions for a customer service line or a way to maybe track down my order. Given I didn't have time to do that, I'm out $11 andwill not use this Jersey Mike's again. Frankly, there may have been no other outcome, but if the two people working weren't therudest workers, it would certainly help. Read more

Wonderful customer service, great food, and all for a great price. I?ve been going to jersey mikes for a while and I?ve had... many exceptional experiences. For example the lemonade machine wasn?t working and so the cashier gave me a coupon for a freedrink and snack. Every time I?ve been there they have maintained this exceptional standard. Read more

it has been years since i last had jersey mikes... was excited to have JM here in Westport. halfway into eating my sandwich, i... bit into a piece of plastic about 3x2" in size right in the middle of my sandwich. i may have eaten some plastic before idiscovered because i was starving and ate the first half of the sandwich quickly. ughhhh see the picture i have attached. thisis what i pulled out from the middle of my sandwich. edit: i returned to the location to request a refund. i was met withresistance about refunding my chips and the tip that i left. the store manager was arguing that there was no problem with thechips. so i should pick around the plastic and my half eaten sandwich to finish the chips that was intermingled with my sandwichbecause they didn't have plastic in them??? how anything other than a full refund could be contemplated is beyond me. First time customer and definitely my last. There were 4 team members behind the counter at 1:00pm on 3/18 (one cashier with... wavy brown hair and 3 food prep staff- two guys/1 girl). There were only two customers ahead of me, and the first customersorder was already in progress as I walked in. Second customer ordered a wrap and two small subs. I ordered a large sub. The foodprep staff was pleasant but not organized. It took 20 mins for my order to be prepared. After ringing me up for my order thenthe cashier decided to step in with food prep and began to add an ungodly amount of oil to my sub, that I did not ask for. Itold her repeatedly to stop but was ignored. She wrapped my sandwich even as I spoke directly to her and told her it had toomuch oil and I didn?t want it. She ignored me again, put it in a bag, held it up toward me said ?Here you go? very rudely. Itold her it had too much oil AGAIN and she continued to disregard my complaint and wouldn?t look at me. I had been so long atthat point that I just left. Total cost- $16 for an inedible sandwich. Never again. Read more
