Visiting from NYC, always looking for good lobster shacks in New England to get a good lobster roll. This place was... unfortunately a disappointment. Love the food, not the prices. 15 for a plain burger with no fries. Don’t get me wrong the burger is delicious but the price... was absurd. Also felt as though the lobster roll was dry and needed some butter. Read more
What a disappointment. The usually good veggie burger was a shell of the burger I've had in the past. The "patty" was a loose... paste and big chunks would just fall off. And is there a chip/slaw shortage I don't know about? If you are going to charge thismuch for a burger I expect a LOT more. I will be hesitant to ever come back. Read more
Went for lunch and sat in patio area. The food is good but the price for portion was way out of control. My hubby's burger was... $18 without any fries or salad etc while I had the half burger/half lobster with fries for $25. Water isn't even free and theygive you a bottle. Liked the food again and concept, but NOT worth the price. Read more
Very convenient location off of I-95. And best restaurant idea ever!! Got seated 15 minutes before the reservation time, and... ordered within 5 minutes. During the pandemic, everything is online, including the menu and payment. Easy scannable barcodes.Lobster had two choices (hot and cold) on the menu, which I think is good for a hot day like today. Very casual restaurant with limited decor. The menu features burgers which are excellent with terrific cheddar cheese cooked... perfectly to order. They feature an excellent CT lobster roll! It was meaty with great flavor, and reminds one of the greatlobster rolls found in Portland Maine. The matzah ball chicken soup was also very good. Nice selection of beer as well.
