Worst customer service I ever had in any Panera store. They hire kids to work there who don?t even know how to speak with... customers. Also they took almost 30 min to prepare one meal. AVOID THIS PLACE. Read more
The Panera in Westport is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Service is very quick and dependable. The food is delicious... and attractively prepared. I love their autumn soup, onion soup, and their veggie sandwich. my mother is a big fan of theircorn chowder, and their chicken salad sandwich. Their bread is always so fresh and delicious. Read more
Short lines, a lot of seating, friendly staff and before you knew it we had our meal in hand and under 5 minutes. Clean... bathrooms with paper towel next to the door for a clean exit. Read more
To the staff on Fridays, the lady who works at the register is great, and super sweet. The lady working to make food and the... manager are incredibly rude and unhelpful. They are both super confrontational even when just asking a simple question or forsimple clarification. They are both incredibly unprofessional and horrible people. Read more
