Drinks could?ve been stronger. We got the calamari which was to die for. Then I got the Spider roll which was cucumber wrapped... it was so different & tasty I loved it then ofcourse a shrimp tempura roll. For dessert we got a fried ice cream which wasreally good. Pink Sumo is amazing! Their sushi is always fresh and the staff is ALWAYS on point. They?re our go-to for a quick dinner or to... celebrate something special. I highly suggest the sushi boat and always get a couple tamago. Read more
Pink Sumo is good. The food from both the kitchen as well as the sushi bar are very good and I?ve always enjoyed coming here.... They also have good drinks too. Since I?m not from the area, I?m not a regular but I make it over a few times throughout theyear and the last time that I came here for dinner, I noticed that their menu prices have increased quite a bit. I wasn?t sureif it?s due to demand and lack of availability so I compared some common menu items to a nearby place and the outcome was a bitoffsetting. For example, I rarely see eel on a sushi menu for more than $3.50 per piece and they?re charging $10. Inconclusion, this place is a treat with a tricky menu. Read more
My boyfriend and I came into this restaurant a bit unsure of what to expect but were happily surprised! Our server had such a... wonderful smile (even through the mask) the entire time. Fresh, quality ingredients, quick service. Could use a bit more rice on the salmon avocado roll, but made up for it with the... crispy tofu cubes! What a fun appetizer, haven?t had this before but it was a wonderful mixture of flavors and textures. Read more

This was recommended as the best sushi place around Fairfield and I have to agree. I went with my husband for a quiet lunch... today and the interior size is surprising from what you see outside. The staff were appropriately attentive to us and refilledour drinks and made sure things came out in a timely manner. The presentation of the food was wonderful as well as the taste andthe value for the items. (They gave us their own Wasabi, which was an added delight). I really enjoyed positive staff attitudesand everyone was pleasant and thoughtful. Would highly recommend this experience and will be back. Read more
