When ordering Planet Pizza I've always ordered from main avenue Dave Kubans place in Norwalk due to the fact I was starving and... eta was 25 mins sooner so I ordered Planet Pizza westport.. I CANT STATE ENOUGH WHAT A MISTAKE!!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EVERORDER PLANET PIZZA WESTPORT not only did they overcharge their meal deal they took long , messed up order and woman who calledto verify order was rude. Although specific directions for driver for my drop off , he was leaving my food at neighbors as I wasspeaking to him on phone! Placed a delivery order on ?wing Wednesday? for .59 cent wings and a grinder and calzone. Spoke to a rude high pitch voiced... woman, she gave me the total which was $10 over what it should have been. I called back immediately and spoke to the same womanwho claimed I never told her I wanted the wing promotion price (?) which I did, and that they discontinued it anyways unless youask for it(?). I asked her to cancel the wings because that was ridiculous, she immediately said ?you got it? and hung up on me.That?s not how you treat a paying customer, so I immediately called back to cancel the entire order instead. Turns out shealready cancelled the entire order because she said I told her to. Then she hangs up on me again. I clearly said to cancel thewings only, this woman needs to pay attention and learn some respect. I?m sorry but the delivery was ridiculously slow. I ordered through the app to have it in an hour and 5 min. I called twice and... it was 30 min late... 2 guests already had to leave.
