We came on a hopping Friday night with kids-- you order at the counter first, then take a seat. The pizza was delicious! We also... enjoyed the atmosphere and the house made root beer. Be prepared to wait a while for your food during peak hours-- it's worthit! Edited to add- we went back and had their pretzel with beer cheese - BEST pretzel I ever had! Where do I start? So good! The front order gal was great. 10 of us and a baby. We had 4 separate orders. She was helpful funny... and got all the orders right on. Loved Blackbeard's ! We guys shared a pizza and the gals shared a Chicken Caesar wrap. Both were delicious. They also had... salads and appetizers. Drink selection included beer, cider and mead. We tried 3 of the beers and two of the ciders. All weredelicious. The large outdoor patio is dog friendly. Part of the patio is covered and part of it is uncovered. Service was fastand friendly. My wife and I ordered 1/2lb classic burgers with fries and couldn't be happier with the taste and quality of our meal. The... restaurant features a small bar as well as table seating. The bar, tables, and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, and wefound the staff to be friendly and inviting. This visit was in the evening during the pirate festival. 5/5 stars. Thank God for Blackbeard?s Brewing. My husband and I were FIENDING for a drink, particularly from a craft brewery. I honestly... didn?t think this tiny town would come thru, so I was stoked when it showed up on Yelp. Also, it?s basically in the middle ofthe residential area, so you can just walk to it if your staying near. My husband tried the Ghostship IPA (ABV. 6.5% IBU 40)and I got the holiday special, Cranberry Mead (Abv. 7.7%). I enjoyed my drink a lot, I found it floral and clean, and thecranberry wasn?t overwhelming. For food we shared Blackbeard?s Signature (red sauce, pepperoni, ham, sausage, olives, mushroomsand mozzarella, $18.00) with cauliflower crust ($1.00). HOLY YUM! We polished off the entire pie in 10 minutes withouthesitation. This was some of the best cauliflower crust I?ve ever had. Everything used was very fresh and used generously.
