Order a McRib no onion no pickle, get a little ways down the highway only to realize it has both onion and pickle on it even the... box says only sauce. So I pull back up to the window where I received my bag and told the girl what happened then some guy comesto the window and tells me to pull forward and I said no I will wait right here no one was behind me at that exact moment plusit shouldn?t take long to fix. He kept repeating pull forward I just stopped talking then he decides to escalate the situationand say I can refuse your service since I wouldn?t pull up. So as I pull forward he says I?ll be right out with all the love andlight with it, that?s not how you talk to someone when you are at fault and they rightfully have a reason to be upset. So I goinside to wait for it instead and he says what do you want, I?m waiting on my sandwich. Then when I get it and I?m leaving hesays have a fantastic day in a condescending tone. If this is one of your manager?s for this store he definitely will cause youa lot of issues going forward. He has zero clue how to handle situations correctly. Also whoever remade the sandwich drenched itwith McRib sauce just to make matters worse. Read more
10/10 great service. Frozen coffee ice machine was broken but they made sure to make it right 3 times over. Very friendly as... well. Just driving through but will visit next time I?m in town. A fresh breath of good service compared to the McDonald?s nearme. Read more
