I'm sorry to say it but I was there about 6:15 Tuesday evening. I ordered 2 foot longs, brought them home and the bread 1... Italian herb and cheese the other plain white, both were so hard we couldn't bite through them. I watched the girl go to thebread holder and she couldn't get several foot long loads out of their molds! The were so hard they stuck in the pans. Needlessto say, I was very dissatisfied that it cost 24 dollars with a tip and shouldn't have tipped! Lesson learned, spend 24 dollarsat the grocery then I won't make my own sub! Literally was served my best subway sandwich ever!! Sandeich artist made sure I got extras of what I asked for and the taste was... exactly what I wanted and more. Never was so happy from my subway experience as this Westville store dished out :) I had to tiphim and my poor tip did not do justice on how grateful I was! 11/10!! Read more

So glad i stopped in at this Subway 5/16/22 from the area but have never been. Had a chicken bacon ranch wrap that was amazing... and made perfect, the girl at the counter was very friendly and polite which means alot these days. I?ll definitely be back ???? Read more

To the blue haired, nose ringed employee with the terrible attitude, don't worry I won't waste your time or a 2 cent baggie ever... again. I prefer to keep my shopping and money local but you made it clear my request for the veggies on the side was anunacceptable waste of a valuable baggie. My 2 cents. Read more

Best place ever! Katie,Tyler,and Julliana were awesome. All you other freaks are wrong if you want to leave bad reviews for... minimum wage workers when you are too lazy to cook your Mac and cheese then do so but you are wrong. Those three deserve a raisethey are nice and funny and attentive I will definitely go again and I fully back and recommend to anyone who wants good foodfrom your local gourmet subway. Read more

This restaurant is NOT taking the pandemic seriously. The food was okay, but the employees and owner were not wearing masks... correctly. The employee that made one of our items had her mask around her mouth, directly breathing through her nose onto thesandwich. If you take Covid precautions and state mandates seriously, DO NOT GO HERE. Read more

I'm giving this store 1 star not because of the food, but because of the poor training and customer service. I'm a subway... rewards member and attempted to use my rewards which I was told I was unable to do at this store. Upon hearing this I calledinto work and told them I'd be late while I figured this out. They told me i was unable to use more then one two dollar offvoucher even though I earned them shopping at this store. I personally read through the training material that is meant to beprovided to every subway worker which it states that you can use up to 25 vouchers per visit. After showing her this she stilldoesn't believe me so I emailed the owner. Matt Hanover. In which he never got back to me. After more time showing her subwaytraining info and telling her how her job works she finally calls the owner who walks her through how to do her job. If you likebeing called a liar and having your time wasted this is the store for you. I never even ate the sandwich I just throw it awayonce I got to work, mostly from how sick the whole experience left me but also for lack of time. The customer service is hit or miss. When it's good, it's freaking great but when it's not it's hard to be in there. Regardless... they have fresh food and it's usually a quick process. The store has gotten much better recently. My favorite fast food joint intown. It just gets worse and worse. My wife and i have placed multiple orders through the app and every time it says it'll beready in 15 min. We go there and it takes atleast a half hour. Poorly run place that always had new employees.
