Baristas have no clue what?s going on. Took 5 mins and 3 people to understand that I was ordering a pumpkin iced coffee w... pumpkin cold foam and a spider donut. Pulled up to order face to face?finally achieved ordering. no cold foam was added so Iasked AGAIN and got it on the side. The coffee was see through and tasted like coffee infused water. Tried to call because Icouldn?t go back and nobody answered. Read more

This is the third store that closes before the actual closing time. Online says they close at 8. I asked the employee and they... verbatim said 7:30ish. When I went around 6:50PM, well before the time the employee gave me, I was practically yelled out by theemployee who said that they were closed. Very frustrating. Read more

Some of the order takers in the drive thru have the worst customer service.. Today 8/4/22 I was placing my order and she kept... cutting me off mid sentence repeating what I started asking for. She wouldn't let me talk. Couldn't even finish giving her mycoffee request. Finally gave my coffee order, she repeated and told me to pull forward. I still had other items to order. Thenwhen I was giving my sandwich order, (Toasted Everything Bagel with Sausage & cheese, No Egg) she repeated back "Sausage, eggcheese, on a plain bagel? I told her 3 times, No egg, and because she was talking over me, not letting me finish, she wasgetting mad at me because I was articulating Every Single Word. Just stop talking and LISTEN first, then speak. I don't care ifyou're the own, owners wife or relative, if you don't listen to your customers and rush them thru, your going to lose them. Just recently got hooked on dunkin. I order my Charli Cold brew Cold foam the same way everytime with light ice, extra caramel... and stir really well. They said they were out of Carmel and I asked for chocolate so they suggested the Chocolate stout instead.I said I will take that but also with light ice and stir really well. They said sure and gave me my drink which looked like itwasn't stirred at all. Had I drank it with a straw I would have came away with a mouthful of sugar. I ask for light ice for areason but i ask for it to be stirred really well because i am drinking a liquid good to the last drop but not looking forwardto a sugary surprise at the bottom of my cup.
