Went in on our way to take my daughter to university. Got our order wrong which is no biggie but if looks could kill we would... have dropped dead. Standing in line. Waiting for about 15 mins now. All I want is a coffee. Only 3 people ahead of me. All 3 orders were made wrong... and had to be re-made. 6 staff in a tiny work space, all fumbling over eachother. Cracked tiles and a wet spot below a drippingbeverage machine (I've never seen it not like that) Wifi is on but rarely works. If I see it the tiles like that tomorrow I'mcalling health and safety and reporting them. Someones going to fall and hurt themselves and I'm pretty sure rules and lawsapply to business owners too. Never have food passed 830 9, but there open till 11. I work construction it's nice having something warm to eat late at night... after working all day... EDIT: Went ordered coffee for me and my coworkers and my bagel, sat there and waited and waited andwaited only for the guy who ordered after me to get his sandwich, so I said I paid for my bagel I can't wait any longer nexttime I come through can I please get one for free turned around said thank-you and left with just my coffee... again...
