This location is terrible. Food took for every to come out. We seen people come and go. I finally got on the speaker to ask and... they said it would be right put. Arrived around 7pm Thursday August 25th. Drive through ordered double cheese burger, onion rings, sprite. Pulled up to window.... Approximately 6 to 7 employees inside standing around. Half texting on phones. Only one or two was moving and delivering foodoutside. A male passed by the pick up window 3 times, looked and walked away. No one came spoke to me at the window. Onefemale uncovered a drink, stuck her nose under the cover and smelled it, I guess to make sure it was the correct drink, thenshe delivered it to a vehicle. I'm glad that wasn't mine. Yuk!!! So, this is the second time this has happened to me at this specific location. Never had this issue at other locations. I... ordered a footlong chili cheese Coney and a medium mozzarella sticks. Got the mozzarella sticks right, but this does not looklike a chili cheese coney. These are chili cheese tots put in a footlong chili cheese Coney container. Read more
Typical good quality Sonic experience... interestingly, they had a closed car slot actually chained off. Usually when a slot... has a non-working machine, you don't find out until you pull in. Nice due diligence, Sonic of Westwego! Read more
This was my worst experience at a Sonic in a long time. They brought me half if my order and half of someone else's. Then when I... gave them back the wrong portion and told what I should have they only brought me back a drink. Normally have no issue here but yesterday they annoyed me. They claimed they were short staffed (which I can believe) but they I... only know that b/c they informed another customer after we were looked over and not acknowledged at a drive thru window. Stillwithout acknowledgement and a long wait the lady comes out and fully serves the vehicle behind us still not ever speaking to us.We were there a few minutes before that car. They weren't even friendly when they did finally come to the window. I was just soglad to finally get my food I didn't complain but when we pulled off all of my tater tots were cold.
