This is the worst Chipotle I?ve ever been to. I would not go to this location. Took about 30 minutes to order (5 people ahead... of me), no guacamole, or corn. Garbage everywhere. Filthy. Staff were joking in the back instead of helping clean up or servecustomers. NO FORKS!!! Ridiculous. Read more
This Chipotle is in very rough shape. I know it's in a area that has high traffic, but the space looked crazy. Very dirty. At... the food bar, there was no more bowls, there was tons of old food on the counter and they didn't even have enough food. Andcheck out was the icing on the cake. The guy at the checkout was texting while you were trying to pay, and didn't even bag thefood. I've never been to a Chipotle were I had to bag my own food. That's crazy. Staff was friendly. That?s always a plus. I walked in just as they called my name. Bonus. But that?s where it ends. I had less... than a half a cup of pork. Very sad. Almost like it was what was left in the.bin so that?s what I got. (Picture shows). Theguacamole. Brown. Not very appetizing. Chips where good though. And the other thing is they always shut down the service andmake it online only. So ot sucks that you can?t watch what?s going into the bowl so that maybe one could have spoken up. Two stars due to service. I submitted an online order for 5:20pm pick up. I got to Chipotle in Westwood at 5:17pm. My order... wasn't ready yet which is fine since I was a few minutes early. I was told that it will be ready in a few minutes. I thought "noproblem". A few minutes turned out to be almost 25 minutes later. I received my food at 5:43pm. What is the point of onlineordering if the order is not going to be ready. Everyone coming in the store after me, received their order quick. But because Iordered online I had to wait a lengthy amount of time. This is not right and unacceptable. This store needs help with logistics.I don't get it. Completely unsatisfied. Apparently they Close for in person at 9 and only take online orders until 10. That?s fine. Made the order via the app, prepared... quick. **** I Didn?t feel good about the male employee who had followed me out the door (to my surprise) to tell me - thereason I wasn?t given the hot salsa with my chips I had ordered was because they didn?t think I could handle it being spicy? Ididn?t even ask about why it wasn?t In the bag, just asked for it because I had ordered it. I came here in the middle of the day on a Saturday and I was able to get through the line quite quickly. I approached the... service counter and saw a worker who immediately greeted me and he asked what he could get for me. I looked down at the rice andthere was not that much left but he immediately called for a refill on the rice. I picked up two chicken bowls with all thefixings and was immediately able to check out at the register. There were a few negative restaurant maintenance issues observedshown in photo. There was no hot sauce and the service areas were bare. If my food wasn't so good, I would ding more for thebare shelves. Food was pretty good and the worker was on point with great service. Filthy place to sit and eat let alone have their food. Pictures won?t do this place a justice. Health board should come inspect... this place. And oddly enough got a food poisoning on my visit. Read more
