The Buffalo tenders were a hit, however, our server Priscilla was horrible and inattentive. After we placed our orders,... Priscilla was never seen again. I travel often to Boston and love coming here.. this is an amazing restaurant with excellent service and quality food. Love the... bread and garlic sauce sooo much. My most favorite food here is Teriyaki Glazed Salmon. Read more
Great interaction at front desk and service was great. Took the bread off the menu which I’m sad about. Overall the food is... ok. Seems to be prepared way in advanced to not have any slow downs would like it more fresh for the amount of money. Food cameout almost too fast. I prefer to wait for quality. Read more

The only reason this place gets one star (besides it being the minimum) is the kind & helpful manager. When we were seated, our... silverware and dishes were dirty. Then, the oil that came with the bread had red pepper flakes in it, which my friend isallergic to and we informed the staff. Then, when our food came out, mine was incredibly spicy (with no warnings on the menu)and hers had red pepper flakes in it, again, which gave her an allergic reaction. My husband and I chose to eat here because it was close to the hotel we were staying at and we were absolutely blown away.... Amazing experience. Our server, Osmar, was friendly, outgoing and prompt. We ordered the nachos and the steak eggrolls and bothwere delicious. The presentation of the plates was beautiful. Osmar recommended that we try The Peanut Butter Thing from thedessert menu and it was the best: a perfect peanut buttery, chocolate, caramel delight. I just wanted to give Osmar therecognition he deserves because he made our first ever visit memorable and if we are ever in the area again, we will definitelybe back to NYA Joe's because of him. The service was good and the atmosphere was nice. I went with my toddler and my girlfriend on a Friday night. The... service/waitress and the atmosphere is what gets this place 3 stars. The food was incredibly disappointing. The best thing thatwe had was the kids chicken tenders+fries and the free bread+oil. My girlfriend got the BBQ pulled pork burger. Didn’t tastegood at all. I got the white pizza. It was honestly one of the worst meals I ever had. I barely could finish two out of the sixslices. The amount of garlic in the pizza was insane. Shoulda just been labeled an all-garlic pizza. As someone that likesgarlic in general, this pizza was so inedible. The waitress was nice enough to take it off the bill.
