I had a good experience. I am grateful for paper bags as I use them for recycling. However, I am very disappointed that the... bags no longer have handles. We who come to Roches know it's more expensive, but we like the atmosphere. Can't you at leastgive us handles on the paper bags? I'm 89 years old and I need the handles! Read more
Fresh Produce is always a plus! the employees no matter what department you?re looking for a very helpful instead of pointing to... an aisle or describing an aisle they will walk you to that aisle regardless of the department they working to help you find thatitem to me that equals great customer service. Great place for prepared food, and they have a lot. Sometimes selection on groceries is thin, because their stores are on the... smaller side, compared to the huge super grocers. You also have to be aware that I find everyday pricing on the high side. Lookfor the weekly adv's for better pricing. Fish dept and store made baked goods are my regulars, because their not so pricesensitive. Read more
I've been shopping at Roche Brothers for a long time. I've been a customer at this location, but only when passing by. Recently,... I have been the area on a weekly basis. I make this my destination shopping stop. John, the manager is hands on, and as good asany manager in the food service industry. There are deals to be found and their fish is great. The gem at this store is theirprepared foods. Their roll up sandwiches are top notch. This morning there were only a few out but the employee was in theprocess of making some. He stopped what he was doing and priced two roll ups for me, all with a smile. The reason I did not giveit 5 stars was due to the deli guys. They try to push the old, almost gone, turkey.
