You get large portions here. The options are pretty good. French toast was good the fruits were fresh. Oatmeal was a rather... large bowl. Homefries were ok. Either way it is worth a try if in the area and seeking a good diner style breakfast. Read more

Quick seating for one at the counter. Quick to take my order and otherwise fast and friendly service. Great quality food. Hearty... wheat toast, perfectly done potatoes, fluffy eggs, really good sausage (like being home on the farm). Auntie, my friend Dutch, and I went here on a Friday morning. The place was busy. (Always a good sign) Relatively small... place. But the plates were not. Not small in any way. Auntie did her favorite, banana fresh toast, Dutch had hash and eggs,and I had a hash omlete. Mine was delicious. I can't speak for the others. A clean restaurant with prompt service and many menu fun options. The coffee was okay. The eggs, bacon, sausage and toast were... okay. The homefries were okay. Really wish folks up north would do a more southern version of homefries to get the awesomeflavor, but that is just me. The pancakes were a big flop with our table. There seems to be vanilla extract or flavoring addedto the batter which overtakes. You do not get the nice buttermilk pancake flavor expected from the menu description.
