If I could give this place zero stars I would. The absolutely worst experience with fast food delivery/ customer service EVER!... Trust and believe every negative review here! I placed an order and after waiting hours was told they cancelled my order! On topof that they didn't refund my card that was charged. They sent an emailed offer for 1 free pizza (my order was over $40)! When Itried to claim the free pizza 2 weeks later it was denied because it was over 7 days since the offer. When I called the store toask for my refund I was met with a disgusting unprofessional attitude from the supposed store manager who hung up on me severaltimes! I just can't believe that they canceled my order and didn't automatically refund my card and then had the nerve to giveme an attitude! Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place! Read more

I usually order from here with no issues. However the last 2 times I ordered the pizza doesn?t seem fresh. It?s dry and not... enough sauce. This time I got a pie with pepperoni, bacon, Italian sausage, olives, onions and green peppers. When I get homethey only put bacon, olives and onions on it. Very upset and I will probably not order from here anymore. Read more
I placed an order on line and set a time to pick it up. Well traffic wasn't as bad as I expected so I showed up big time early... and the gentleman at the store did their best to make my order asap . i asked for a half pepperoni half cheese pie and they gave me just a cheese pie. My 4 year old son loves pepperoni and when we... got home and the pepperoni was missing, I had to deal with his crying for 3 hours. If there was a 0 star option, you bet the money I was robbed of yesterday I would. I asked for a specific pizza.. you guys have... many toppings...I asked for a specific pizza and was given something different. On top of that I call in to explain the issue Ihave with the pizza I did NOT order, then basically i'm told to beat it. If I could give a zero star, I?d. I?m a loyal fan of domino?s cuz their pizza is better than Papa John?s as for fast food pizza... goes. This isn?t the first time they ruined our order. Once the chicken on the pizza was missing. Another time brownie was madewith some pieces of green pepper in it. Tried to contact the corporate but they said to call the franchise location. Guess whatthey never answer the phone here!! Today they never came out after 20 mins passed for our curbside order. Called n got noanswer. Hubby went in, they said there?s no order, orders not ready n finally found it sitting!!!! My hot cheesy bread n chickenwere so cold. Luckily we didn?t get any pizza today. What?s worse is when I had my cheesy bread, found some veggies inside.Don?t know I?d it?s spinach or what. Lost my appetite and Domino?s just lost a loyal customer. If i could give a 0 star review i would. The staff were so incredibly lazy and rude. When i asked for the garlic sauce they... forget to give me, they threw the sauce onto the counter and made it seem like it was my fault they forgot it.
