Their food is excellent but their service is weak. Servers are disconnected from the table they are serving and they rush you... out. We had a 7:00 resrvation on a weekend, at 8:15 the waiter tells us the kitchen is closing. Makes you feel uncomfortable. Maybe they should revisit their business hours and keep the restaurant open a hour later not to rush people. Read more

No love in this $24 sesame chicken dish. It was ready ?in 10 minutes.? That should have been a sign. Bummer.

We had an excellent meal here for dinner. String beans with beef is one of my favorite dishes anywhere and the version here is... spot on with crunchy and saucy string beans expertly made. The sushi and sashimi combo came with thick slices of very freshfish. We actually found ourselves slowing down our eating to better appreciate the fish, wow. The complementary edamame is alsonice. Overall the service did feel a little rushed but I prefer that over slow so we would absolutely return. Best of Bergentitle well deserved. Read more

Worst restaurant ever. Last time we ordered from here, it was alright so we tried it again today. Turned out to be the worst... experience ever. My Boston roll had a shrimp tail in it, besides not having a mayo. I almost chocked! Called the place, got ahold of manager and she asked for a picture. Then she called back but refused to give us a refund or something. She wanted us tobring the food back! Unbelievable! Most restaurants will profusely apologize and give us a refund. I?m a very picky person especially for attention to details. This is the only Chinese restaurant or for that matter any Chinese... food that I will eat. As a mature adult i have in my lifetime tried thousands of Chinese food. The ingredients they use in thisrestaurant feels like farm to table quality that?s how fresh and light it tastes. Very fresh and high quality. I?m a cook myselfmy pallet is very fine tuned. Even the oil used to prepare your meal does not leave an after taste, just light and clean. Theservice is so friendly and welcoming, they always make their customers feel like family. I very highly recommend HanamiWestwood. We love love It here. Five stars all the way. I have also taken several people who are in the business of travelingand dining all over the world and they have complimented highly the food here. Very disappointed with the quality of food . I have been a costumer for many years to get a meal that is discussing to say the... least . What used to be a pepper steak it turned out to be a blend, uncooked , unattractive dish. A fried rice turned into a lousy uncared cheap dish . I am NEVER ordering again . Best sushi in town! There?s paid parking on premises and it?s wheelchair accessible. Staff were really nice. I love the Alaskan... sushi roll and the green tea. A meal for 1 person it?s about $15 to $20, would definitely recommend. Read more
