As soon as you walk up to the door you are immediately greeted with israeli middle eastern decor. The calming yet tastefully... decorated decor makes this place very relaxing to enjoy a meal. The bathrooms were very clean and also decorated nicely. Themusic was a bit confusing - a mix of modern and beatles, i would suggest something more soothing. Please recognize this isISRAELI FOOD not middle eastern, so you will not be receive pilaf and paklava type dessert that you may expect at a “ middleeastern place” . Our service was great- paid close attention to allergies. NOTE FOR WEEKEND: you will need to place your wholeorder including appetizer at once as they have reserved seating , it makes for a somewhat rushed feeling if you’re with peopleyou want to hang with for a while - delicious food. The atmosphere was really nice but the food was very expensive. We had to keep asking for more pita as they gave us 1 slice... each time for a table of 6. The dessert was a small chocolate cake with a tiny scoop of ice cream and a few pieces of fruit for$14. They did not rush us so we were able to sit and talk with our friends for a while. This place is BYOB, so I can see why it's popular. The food is fine, but for entrees in the high $30s, I thought they'd be more... special. Compared to other local Mediterranean restaurants, this place felt overpriced. Read more
Enjoyed a delicious dinner with my family at Mezza. We had the 3 mez appetizer and everything was delicious but I especially... enjoyed the tabbouleh. The pita is so fluffy and served warm. I highly recommend that as an appetizer. For dinner our entreeswere the Chicken Tagine, Coriander Salmon and Shrimp with creamy orzo. Everything was well-prepared and so tasty.
