Don't get me wrong, it's a great experience all around, except for the massive amount of youths who flood the store when school... or activities let out. They crowd around the pickup counter even after they've been told not to, and I didn't even see my drinkuntil after it had been put up and announced. I'd take a picture, but that would be in poor taste... Just take my word for it. Read more
Mobile orders can take too long but in person is quicker. Sometimes they forget the Hazelnut but add it when Ive made them... aware, not a big deal. Always stop here so am in an out. Read more
Good customer service, and the drinks are great! Only complaint is how inconsistent the hours are; it?s just easier to see if... they?re closed on the Starbucks app, compared to hours on Google. Read more

Last time i ordered on their app and they didn?t put any syrup in at all when I ordered extra. Gave a feedback through the... website and got a very good response. Today I went back to pick it up and the manager told my hubby who picked up our drinkscame out and said she personally made the drink herself. I really appreciate it and this is why I?m a loyal customer atStarbucks. Anyone can make mistakes but they make it right. Read more
