Being from Chicago originally, and been living here in Canada for awhile, I was looking to enjoy some deep dish pizza. ... Someone told me I could get deep dish here, so I was excited. The pizza was good, I enjoyed it, but its not deep dishunfortunately.... at least not in the way I know it and was hoping it to be. The buttery crust was pretty close, but real deepdish can't be eaten with your hands. I would like to stress that the pizza was good, just wasn't what I was hoping it to be,and not better than the original like it says on the box. I ordered pizza to be delivered from this restaurant and the woman who spoke broken English said it would be about 45 min. After... we had waited for 75 minutes, I called back to see why we had not received the order. I was told that they don't deliver here. Ihave had pizza delivered to this address on numerous occasions from this restaurant. I have always paid in full with a tip. Thisis very BAD customer service. I would suggest that people quit getting pizza from here since the owner says it will be deliveredand does not have the decency to tell the customer otherwise. The least they could have done is called and said they were unableto deliver. I know I will never get anything from this restaurant again and I will be contacting head office about it. Read more

The lady that answers the phone barely speaks English and really struggles to take an order. The 2 Donaire?s I picked up today... had onions and tomatoes when I specifically said just sauce and cheese. There was Barely any Donaire meat.Very frustrating willnot be ordering Donairs from this restaurant again. Extremely disappointed. Read more

Delicious. Got #27 deep dish. It felt like it weighed 5 pounds. The crust was so light and fresh. I wanted melted garlic butter... to dip it in. Seriously the best pizza I have had in Alberta so far! Read more

Paid $60 for 2 large pizzas they arrived 45min late and were so soggy we at one slice each and put the rest in the fridge where... it stayed until we threw it out the next day. Disgusting rip off and a waste of our pizza and movie night. Read more
