I got overpaid for my 3 meals the $9 meal deals in Wetaskiwin was so disappointed with my service I got there.... and they still... made me pay for the chicken strips...that's my last visit their il go leduc or ponoka from now on. Read more
I have worked food service industry for over 5 years and one of the main rules is to always have your nails trimmed and clean,... no nail polish as it can chip and fall into peoples food. Gloves are allowed but that's subject to whether the location wants toprovide them. That's def not the case with for this location. Seen a few people with nail polish and fake nails. Hope they cleantheir hands and nothing falls in. If you order Ice cream and there is a drive thru line up, go inside so that it wont be a halfmelted mess when you arrive to the window. No glaring issues experienced when there last, but a small annoyance.... 4 cars in drive thru, so I opted to go inside. Staff... were courteous and served me with drive thru orders being taken at the same time. As I left, the last car was also leaving, butthey were at the order box before me in person. No issues with service, but my burgers were cold and the cheese not melted. Iknow that DQ Microwave their burgers before serving, but really? Your staff didn't pick up on the fact that it was stone coldbefore serving? Service excellence, food quality below par which is unusual even for this location. Most likely the worst DQ food I have ever had. Everything was poorly done. Grilled chicken not fit to eat. Bun was cold,... chicken reheated, one small yellow tomatoe and 1/2 piece of lettuce Onion rings equally poor. Last summer I had a blizzard andit too was poor. I though it was a oddity as DQ generally has the best ice cream products. I don't write review but if youare willing to serve me so poorly then a review you get. My recommendation pass on this location. To the franchise ownertake an interest in what is going out to the public. Read more
