The burger had a good flavor, not to salty. The fries were overcooked and the soda was flat. They forgot the fry sauce at the... drive-thru. Below the drive-thru window has a large accumulation of old food and trash that has not been cleaned up. I arrived30 minutes after opening. The counter surfaces seen from the drive-thru window were dirty as were cubby holes seen from thewindow. Other reviewers are guided to a website for complaints, which is a shame, the managers should really keep thisrestaurant inside and out clean. The food was overpriced for the quality. Read more

Incredibly hard working staff. Impressed by the manager who was pitching in to help out all while giving positive feedback to a... few of her staff! Standing in here right now smelling something bitter and rotten, such an awful sickening smell I'm fighting the urge to vomit.... Not being dramatic, seriously. Look around to find floors caked in some kind of sticky liquid all around the corner near thecounter. Food all over the floors. Every door and window and table is filthy. How is this place allowed to be open right now???As well as some teen employee visiting with her 4 friends and not working at all. I might call a health inspector at this point.Disgusting. Usually, whether they're busy or not, there's a wait for your food. That's the only negative I got. Really good steak burgers... (especially the California style) and I personally think they have the best hot dogs of any fast food/quick service restaurant.And if you like a thick milkshake, this is your place. Read more

I ordered a bacon burger with 1 patty, and my husband ordered The Ruben. He said his was ok but it needed mustard, which he... asked for but didn?t get. My hamburger was overcooked. The edges were burned. He had ordered a large bag of onion rings, therewere 6 in this huge bag. I ordered a large cheese curd, the picture shows how many I got. A lot has changed in two years, and Freddy's quality at this location is one of them. The staff is nice. I ordered a single... steak burger basket with cheese. I was charged and given a double. I do not regularly get the double, because I cannot eat thatmuch meat. Half if my meat was hanging off the bun, so I basically only had a single anyway. It was haphazardly put together. Iwas hoping dining in would mean hot fries but they were barely warm and stuck together. When getting my son's meal to go, theyaccidentally put his food in a basket. When we corrected him, he threw the fries back in the fryer, warmer, and got little cups,confirming my theory that drive thru and take out fries at Freddy's are shorted over dining in. First time ever going there and it was pretty good!! I got a bacon burger with everything on it and it was quite yummy! To be... honest though I did not taste the bacon much at all, but it was 2 beef patties that were nice and hot, juicy, and a good amountof cheese on them. The French fries were also really good! They were pre-seasoned along with there fry sauce, that was alsoreally good! The fry sauce is like a mix between Canes, and Thousand Island. I finished off my meal with some of there frozencustard. I got the brownie sundae and it was good but my goodness was it soooo chocolatey! If you love chocolate that is a goodchoice for you. If you don't absolutely love it, it is way to much chocolate. It's chocolate custard, with fudge drizzle and abrownie underneath of it. For a bacon burger, fries and Medium drink it was $9.99 which seemed like a good vaule! Also theplace was staffed to the gills! I seen way more people than probably needed to work there but to each there own! Staff was okay.Had minimal interaction with them. The menu is pretty basic too. Like 8 sandwich options, 7 custard options 6 different sides tochoose from. All and all, I do recommend it for a good quick service restaurant! First visit to Freddy's and I have to say I was impressed. I got a small cup of chili with cheese and the jalapeno steakburger... with side cheese curds to share. And of course if you stop at Freddy's you have to try their fry sauce both regular and spicy. Read more
