I hate to do this but I spent 85.00 on a dinner (including the tip) it was horrible. By far the worst food I have ever eaten.... The wings were not even covered in sauce. They were partially cook tenders with sauce poured over them. The salad I ordered wasreally bad I only ate a few bites all that could be tasted were fake bacon bits. I felt bad for the waiters so we still tippedher well, not her fault. I am really disappointed that a celebratory dinner for my twelve year old ended up like this. So I went in here tonight for a quick bite, I let the bartender know of my gluten allergy. He took fantastic care of me but the... manager know who run up my order and put the world's biggest warning so no one would mess up and give me anything with gluten.They could not have been more accepting and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and I don?t love spicy things so I got the all American burger and it was... excellent. My partner, however, got violently ill from the wings. I?m not sure if the wings were not cooked to temp or if thesauce had been left out or what, but he had serious food poisoning and I had to do a lot of laundry. Proceed with caution. Read more
This place is horrible they messed up my order 2 times and when I called back 2 times I was put on hold both times for over 10... mins and still didn?t get to speak to manager. They gave me burnt boneless I think chicken ( what supposed to be traditional)and second picture is 3 wings that were supposed to be Garlic Parm but have no sauce! I used to order on my phone then came to the store to take out. But this past Saturday it showed the traditional wings were not... available. What!? A wing business does not have wings! I thought it might be out of certain sauces I ordered. Then I triedmultiple different selections of the sauces. Still no luck. I then went on my computer thinking it might be some problems withthe app. No, it still showed traditional wings were not available. I was so craving for BWW that day. I finally decided to checkout in store to see if they have wings or not. It turned out that they did short of wings so that they had to supply the wingsto dine in only. Finally I had the wings. The ONLY reason I am giving this place 2 stars is one for our waitress and one for the manager... The food was all around... terrible. I ordered the Pulled Brisket Sandwich and it was overcooked, dry abs incredibly spicy (yet it wasn't supposed to be!)My husband ordered the Brisket Burger... The burger was a hockey puck. It was very dry as well. It barely had anything forbrisket on it. (See photo!) I ended up giving him some of mine to add to it... But of course my meat wasn't all that tasty Myhusband also ordered chicken tenders which looked delicious on the menu... When they came they were charred. This is normally my daughter's favorite place to come for wings but last night was our worst experience.
