I visited this Chipotle on 11/29 during lunch time. Unfortunately by the time I got home and began eating, my aunt found a small... bug moving in our food. We called the restaurant and they offered a refund if we came back to the store however we weretraveling and headed out of state. No lettuce, no sour cream, most sodas out of order, no white rice. Asked manager if I could get guacamole in my bowl to... substitute for not having sour cream and was told no. Chips were stale. I had to get on here and write something. I just visited this branch to get lunch. I want to start off by saying when I walked... into the restaurant I was not welcomed. I stood there for over five minutes waiting for somebody to say something. I finallysaid are you guys doing takeout orders only. The guy said no I will be taking care of you after I?m done with his to go orders.By far the worst chipotle I have ever been to never will be going back there again first time there last time there. Dining area filthy. More employees than customers and no one can wipe down tables or sweep? I was given 2 cups for the fountain... drinks I prepaid for. Honestly, staff used to be better. Multiple times orders were just scraps of lettuce thrown on some rice. Plastic ramekins are... usually open and spill all over the bag. Couldn?t get the hot sauce smell out for a couple days. One time they even forgot thechicken to my kids meal lmao. Drive over to the Glastonbury location if you have the time. Read more

I ordered a salad as take out and I wish I opened it before I left because who in their right mind serves a salad with less than... 10 pieces of lettuce in it?!
