I'd don't know about other shifts but morning shifts here don't care what your drink order is. Hot chocolate 1 hazelnut 2 mocha... 4 creams. First attempt nothing in it cause you would know if it taste like hazelnut and mocha for sweetness. I take it back.This time I can tell the hazelnut is in there just to shut me up. No mocha or cream. Employees dont pay attention to ur order, there to involved in there own personal matters to be bothered to do there job. Also... once you bring the error to attention your returned with snooty remarks and bad attitude. Told the cashier I ordered a mediumand she said no I didn't an hour charged me for the large. All of the stores in wethersfield, newington and Berlin are owned byCarrie Gaggon. All of these stores charge more than any other locations and almost all of his stores are filled with employeesthat act exactly like I was treated today. They are rude, always gets your order wrong and pay extra for this horrible service.I believe they need to revise there training program. Something so simple shouldn't be like this. Read more
They literally never get the order 100% right. It's usually that they forget the donuts in a mixed order. Still, they are very... nice and the coffee is always made right. I still go from time to time. Just be sure to check your order before you leave theparking lot. Read more
