The Newington location stopped taking online orders for at least a couple of weeks. So I ordered from the Wethersfield location.... They have always gotten our order right and they do have a couple actually healthy options (way too much sodium in most items).The prices are pretty high for what you get. Read more
Omg they take forever at drive thru. I called management twice because of rude girls. And intercom, I have to yell they say ok... drive up but when i get to window they ask me, what was your order? They handed me sugar packets to add my own sigar im in a carcup is full. Coffee spilled all over me. Manager was no help cut me off and didn?t her what i said. Been coming here for several month now. Most of time they are out of coffee. When i ask for more more coffee, with out... responding get the new batch. I have been watching the server every time i come in and she is always like that. No greeting orwhats so ever. Friendly to some. Is this prejudice? I am asian by the way. On the weekend the girls are fine.. They greeteveryone that comes to the door. Always on to it whenever i ask for coffee. Today 6/23/2022 They were out of hazelnut coffee andasked to get it, came out with a cup of coffee. I refused it and told her i will wait for the new batch. I don't know where andwhat she did with the coffee. I cannot trust her. I will keep writing review until she gets her act together. Read more
Visited this Panera via the drive thru. Waited for about 10-15 minutes without anyone greeting me. I had to ask for help a few... times before someone finally came on the intercom. I placed my order and the employee told me I could drive up. Once I got tothe window she told me they stopped serving breakfast just at that moment. Would have been nice to not have to wait and missbreakfast due to their error. Read more
Still remarkably mediocre for breakfast. The drive thru was incredibly slow with only one vehicle ahead of me. The food was... also meh. The breakfast sandwich was room temp and flavourless. The bagel with cream cheese required me to apply the creamcheese myself... Which is a great thing when you're in the car trying to drive... Just go somewhere else. Read more
I ordered a Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt for rapid pickup, who ever took my order on 12/2/22 at 12:00 pm put no to very little... chicken on the sandwich. It had mostly avocado and other veggies, but like no chicken. I got a chicken sandwich for a reasonand not a veggie one. Panera has to be a fair on their food they?re serving to their customers. I thought this was a rip off- Imobviously paying for this and its not that cheap. Very disappointed with this experience. If I wasn?t working I would?ve goneback and made a request. Read more
