I used work closer to Vito's. We would sometimes order a bunch of pizzas for lunch at work. We also would sometimes stop by... after softball games. I have always enjoyed the chicken pesto pizza that comes with sliced fresh tomatoes and mozzarella. Thisevening it was just as good as I remember! My wife also enjoyed her mozzarella and bacon pizza. Vito's is hands down my favorite restaurant, and has been since I was a little kid. Every single time I go I am served... consistently delicious food. Everything is home made from the free bread (which is amazing), the delicious soups, pizza (theyhave deep dish!), pasta (and build your own!), dessert, and drinks! The staff is always friendly and attentive. This is a familyowned business and you feel at home when you are there. I'll always be a Vito's fan! Read more

The Chicago deep dish pizza is amazing. I’ve never had anything like it. Staff was extremely kind and helpful and the prices... are extremely reasonable, especially based on what you get. I took a risk and tried a stuffed meat pizza - I made the right choice! Sausage, pepperoni, meatball all stuffed between two... layers of dough is asking for a oily, soggy mess! Not this pizza, the top was cooked perfect, bottom was crispy and chewy! Mywife had a small margarita pizza and she said it was the best she's had in any of the pizza joints in Wethersfield. Admittedly,when we ordered, I thought the price of a small stuffed pizza was a little high, but, after getting it home I can attest that asmall stuffed pizza will be good for atleast 3 meals and definitely worth the money! It was good. Chicken artichoke had a strong artichoke and lemon flavor but I liked it. Hubby had antipasto with a side of... sausage. Garden salad was fresh. Mussels marinara was great but the chef should know better NOT to serve the ones that didn'topen. One or two okay, but we had 5 in our serving. Read more
