The food was good, but i placed my order online and it had a time listed for me to pick it up, however, they didnt cook my order... until I arrived which had me waiting another 15min mins. But at least the food was hot and fresh on the bright side! Read more
I Googled this location at 7:50 pm to be sure that they were open and it said they closed soon at 9 pm and I was pulling into... the drive thru with 2 vehicles sitting there so I was confident that they were indeed open. After the other 2 vehicles haddriven around and gone out of sight I assumed that they had placed their order and went on to get their food so I pulled up toplace my order and no one answered so I thought something was wrong with the speaker right WRONG! I got up to the drive thruwindow and no one came up and it being 7:51 pm I called them and someone did answer the phone and I asked them if they weregoing to get my order and her response was no they CLOSED! I said, well it's NOT 8:00 pm and then she responded that "they haveto break down their tools" or machines whatever!!! Well I'm flabbergasted that they would not stay OPEN for the designated timethat their supposed to work and serve customers and THEN DO YOUR BREAK DOWN!!! I've worked in fast food and you don't closeuntil it's CLOSING TIME - NOT A MINUTE BEFORE! SHAME ON YOU CAPTAIN D'S for your lack of work ethic!!! Read more
The drive thru speaker is broken & after waiting 15 minutes we drove around to find they dod not even have the 2 items we wanted... BUT the lady was very polite. Read more
45 min in drive thru. Order was still incorrect when I got home. 2 dinners were supposed to be country style, both were... original. Paid extra for mac & cheese in 2 dinners and was given a tablespoon serving in each. Found a large insect wing cookedinto fish batter too. Will NOT be returning. Read more

1st Time & last time ordering here. My husband was in line when I ordered online. My fish was so dry! You couldn't even find the... fish in all the batter! Crab cakes were so dry. They didn't taste like crab cakes. Your green beans tasted like they put dumpedthe whole box of salt in them. Corn on cob tasted like you put a lot of sugar in butter to make it sweet. We just Thur our moneyaway,we put it in trash. You used to have good food here! What happened? Your Captain D's needs a lot of HELP! Read more
I pulled up to Captain D?s at 8:00. Location does not close until 10 PM. Sat in the drive through for about 10 minutes and watch... does the employees drove off after turning everything off. I thought it was just a couple employees, So after waiting another 10minutes I finally drove around and saw that everyone had left. I understand wanting to leave early, but it would?ve been caughtit I have someone have told me that rather than just sit there and drive off. Definitely need to change the hours online if theydo not reflect the actual hours. Read more
