Staff at this location is excellent and super friendly. They not only make sure food quality but also keep in mind customer... satisfaction. I visited yesterday with my family and order pizza and cheesy bread but accidentally i order bread with bacon andwe are vegetarian. It was my mistake so i ask them if they can make another one now and i will pay for both. After they come toknow it was my honest mistake with big smile they replied don?t worry and they immediately made another cheesy bread without anyextra charges. It?s hard for anyone to keep calm when they working super hard with current workload. But I find staff was verypatience, nice and friendly. I stopped by to pick up some gift cards,and the young lady attending my request was by herself, and making pizzas and answering... the phone all at the same time. This place is going down hill. I?m not sure what?s going on. I ordered hot wings and didn?t even get them with the order. My... pizza looked like it?s been dropped. And when I called about it I got told it would be a 45 min wait to get the remakes. Otherpeople were ahead of me and they do not have enough drivers. I wouldn?t be upset but the pizza was dropped. I was in a bit of a rush having skipped lunch in order to help out a particular teen. Pizza was coming out of the oven just as... I walked in the door to pick it up. This particular location has reliable and consistent service. I appreciate that! Thedining area has lots of windows and the overall look is clean.
