We had a party of 10 for my mom?s 89th birthday dinner. Some of the food was cold. The food here is not very good. We only went... there because our favorite Mexican restaurant is closed on Sunday. Our waiter never came back to our table to refill drinks.When my brother complained, the waiter, Josh, yelled at him and told him he had too many tables. He also told my brother tonever come back. Then, another waitress told us we needed to hurry up because there were other people to be seated. One Personin our group was eating a dessert that had just been served to him. Update Aug, 2022: The food is still delicious and everything seems back to normal. Many had mask on but more didn't, the staff... did not, but wear yours if you want too. It was full when we arrived a hour before closing time on the weekend, so we had peopleright beside us and behind us. The prices were matched to the quality and quantity of the food. Old review: Dining in was openand very welled spaced. The staff had on mask and everyone else wore their mask when they were not eating. Four of us went andwe all enjoyed what we ordered. We met up with our family there and had dinner. I ordered the Enchilada Supreme and it was delicious, I couldn?t finish it was a... lot of food! Awesome afternoon for a late lunch with visiting family. El Rancho has been a family favorite, going back to the original San... Marcos in 1992. We spoke with some staff about watching the people, that are now taking care of us, grow up. Josh is ourfavorite. He takes care of us and knows exactly what we want to order each time without asking.
