They could really use some sufficient educated workers who actually care about the services provided by McDonald's. Take any n... all lazy, careless acting and unmotivated people out of there and replace them with some higher quality and standardized humanbeings who will give back McDonald's name, original purpose for creating the "fast food" term and gain a real impact to theirreputation and what they stand for... especially when it comes to customer services... the newest and newer generation isruining this country's version of "morals and values" while degrading the mess outta of respect and love for others! Itsembarrassing to have to admit to being an American these days. Absolute disgrace this country's people are leading towards. It was a quick in and out experience, the staff was friendly and accommodating and the food was decent. Overall a good visit.
It's McDonald's. You already know the food is the same at all of them. This one is chronically under staffed. Can't get and keep... workers. Franchise Owner obviously needs to pay more and have better benefits. Too many other places to work. Jobs openingsliterally everywhere. Want good workers? Normally this place is SPOT ON with service, but today I placed my mobile order for 1 large fry, 1 large Caramel Frappe, and 1... iced caramel macchiato. That?s it. I placed the order at 2:01pm and wasn?t served my order until 2:20pm. 19mins and I was told?You have orders ahead of you? before I could explain how long I had been waiting for 2 drinks, and 1 fry, except the problem isthose ?orders? were people that came through the drive through, and they came after I had already paid and parked. I normallydon?t complain especially during busy hours but the amount of busy they were was normal for a 2pm rush. Not to mention the youngman that finally brought my order was a little rude. Not super rude, just angry in the face and walked with zero pep in hisstep. Almost as if he was wanting to waste time during a rush. Now I get it, rush hours make everyone crazy and want to go home.But at least try to walk a little faster to help the rush pass. When I go to McDonalds, especially for coffee, I?m not expectingthe ?Chick-fil-A? enthusiasm but at least try guys. Service with a smile is a lot better than a sour face. I hope everyone thatworks here goes to work having a good day from now on. And for those bad days just breathe hun, everything will get better. On agood note though, the drinks were great! Read more
The milk my husband got was sour but they did replace it with another. The girl running the drive thru was rude. Asked for sugar... and cream but I had to go in to get it finally it. Then she just slammed the bag with them in it in front of me when an olderemployee asked if she could help me. The older lady was real nice and polite. For her I would go back but the younger one Iwouldn't ever come back to this McDonald's Read more
Placed an order via the app and was told it would take 5 minutes, after waiting 20, we went inside to find our order was ready... and waiting to be brought out to the Curbside Pickup. We had to bring the food out to the car ourselves, didn't save any time oreffort on our part and staff was not the friendliest. Didn't apologize for the delay and was kind of snappy when we took theorder on to the car ourselves. Read more
Almost an average mcdonalds, good food, good attitude. However do not order ANY coffee if you expect any foam, they will hand... you black coffee and say nothing about it every single time. (In my case 5). This is why everyone gets the frappe's. Read more
