Seems like mobile orders are more important than inside orders just takes a little to long ever time not just once.
It?s in the casino and has excellent service, especially when Amelia is working.
For those who are not from this area: this isn't a normal Starbucks despite it showing on Google Maps like it is. That's the... main reason I give it 3 stars. It's not bad, but it's not convenient to get to because you have to park in the casino parkingdeck, take the elevator to the casino, and find it inside. This also means theirs no drive thru for those who are traveling fromout of town. TLDR it's not easy to get to unless you were already on your way to play slots. Read more
Visited this Starbucks on the way from Atlanta, and let me just say, this was the worst customer service experience I have ever... had. No one was friendly and half of the workers had an attitude. Over all would NOT recommend. Need customer service trainingASAP! Read more
